Departing from Bayahibe, an exceptional day awaits you! Embark on a lancha, a typical Dominican boat, to reach Canto de la Playa, the easternmost point of Saona Island. During this first stop, you will enjoy a postcard-perfect setting: white sand, coconut trees, turquoise water, and multicolored fish. You will have the opportunity to taste pineapple and coconut, which we will offer you. Then you will head to the village of Mano Juan, the only village on Saona Island, to meet its inhabitants. A barefoot lunch on the sand with a Dominican family awaits you. The menu includes a typical Dominican lunch with fish or chicken, rice and beans, and the famous tostones, Dominican plantain fritters. After lunch, you will get back on the boat for a refreshing break at the beautiful Playa del Torro before heading to the natural pool to observe starfish.
